The code is generated when you start recording and is valid for a single session. This step protects your account against stolen documents and deepfake attempts, and completes Tier 2.
Proof Of Address
Upload a recent utility bill or bank statement to unlock the highest verification tier and full limits.

Submitting the four steps takes about five minutes. Review is done by hand and completes within 24 hours — most submissions are approved much faster. You are notified by e-mail the moment your status changes.
The most common reasons are blurry photos, cropped document corners, expired documents and screenshots instead of original photos. The rejection e-mail always states the exact reason — fix it and resubmit; there is no penalty for retrying.
On protected private storage operated by ADONİS NETWORK A.Ş., encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit. Documents are never exposed through public links, and every access by a compliance reviewer is logged in an immutable audit trail.
No — that is the point of central KYC. Verify once and your status is linked to your Adonis ID. Marketplace, Workspace, Sarafi and Exchange all recognise it instantly; a higher tier unlocks everywhere at the same time.
Yes. Under KVKK you can request deletion of your documents at any time via kyc@adonis.network. Note that deleting KYC data also removes your verified status across all Adonis platforms, and some records may be retained where the law requires it.
